As a small point, the fifth picture from the top (Japanese girl in the green skirt) is a little different from the others.
She is a sort of semi-famous personality in Japan. She plans these events and invites people to take those pictures. If you look around the internet, you can find other pictures of her doing the same thing. It has garnered her a lot of attention and a lot of ridicule.
The first picture is from a manga called Kuso Kakaku manga, which pretends to be scientific but actually the author himself failed to finish college.
This page is about a supposedly genius from a famous university who saw female villains that are designed to lure men with potential to be villains. This particular part was in the thought of the genius calculating the neccesary distance and angle of peeping under the skirt(s) of females with such short skirts.
It is not scientific but rather only simple geometric oriented calculations.
